Provider Insights

Each connected provider has a dedicated detail page showing cost breakdowns, usage patterns, and provider-specific metrics. Access it by clicking View Details on any connection card in Settings > Connections.

GitHub

The GitHub detail page shows three gauge cards plus a services breakdown:
  • Plan — your detected GitHub plan type (Free, Team, Enterprise)
  • Copilot — active Copilot seats and cost
  • Actions — minutes used and cost
  • Top services — breakdown by billing SKU (Actions, Copilot, Packages, LFS)

AWS

The AWS detail page focuses on commitment optimization:
  • Commitment vs. usage split — how much of your spend is covered by Reserved Instances and Savings Plans vs. on-demand
  • Top services — ranked by cost with period-over-period comparison
  • Billing model breakdown — commitment, usage, and fee categories

GCP

The GCP detail page shows:
  • Cost split — breakdown across billing models
  • Top services — ranked by cost with trend comparison
  • Service-level detail — drill into individual GCP services

Anthropic

The Anthropic detail page shows the full cost picture for your Anthropic usage:
  • Subscription card — your configured plan (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise), seat count, and monthly subscription cost. If no plan is configured, a link to connection settings appears.
  • Billing model split — subscription cost vs. API usage cost
  • Cost by model — per-model breakdown (Claude Opus, Sonnet, Haiku, etc.) with usage quantities and period-over-period trends
  • Top services — service-level cost ranking

OpenAI

The OpenAI detail page has the same structure as Anthropic:
  • Subscription card — your configured plan (Free, Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise), seat count, and monthly subscription cost
  • Billing model split — subscription cost vs. API usage cost
  • Cost by model — per-model breakdown (GPT-4o, GPT-4, etc.) with usage quantities and trends
  • Top services — service-level cost ranking including completions, embeddings, images, and audio

Accessing provider detail pages

  1. Go to Settings > Connections
  2. Find the connection card for the provider you want to inspect
  3. Click View Details
You can also navigate to provider pages from the Cost Explorer by clicking a provider name when grouped by provider.
